| Addicus Books has just signed two authors for Coronary Artery Disease—A Guide to Diagnosis and Treatment, scheduled for release in the Spring 2001. Author Barry Cohen, M.D., a cardiologist, is one of the founding physicians at Mid-Atlantic Cardiology in New Jersey. He’s also president of the Heart & Vascular Research Institute, which oversees clinical studies related to the heart and peripheral circulation.
Cohen’s co-author is Bobbie Hasselbring, consumer health writer, and author of several books including: Living Well with Congestive Heart Failure, Mosby, 1997, Living Well with Anxiety Disorders, Living Well with Depression, Mosby, Inc., 1996, Living Well with Asthma and A Parent's Guide to Children's Asthma, Mosby, Inc., 1995, and Before You Call the Doctor, (with Anne Simons, M.D. and Michael Castleman), Ballantine, 1992. |
